  1. I was deeply disappointed using Resy to try to make dinner reservations at Steve & Cookies. My daughter really wanted to go there for her 35th birthday. My other daughter and her sister-in-law (who works for Amex so supposedly had some special status) had both pre-filled their resy account with all the required info, including credit card. They both were able to get the reservation we wanted for the desired time. The system then asked for the ccv#, which they tried to promptly put in, but the system hung and wouldn’t take the info. They were then told they had taken too long and timed out and of course when they went back in the reservation was gone. So we went elsewhere.

    1. Oh well, S&C will survive without your dining there. For the record, once logged in I’ve never had an issue getting the time I click on – the challenge is getting the days / times you want given the damned – not the functionality of Resy.
